Flat steel is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. However, it will rust once it is exposed to the humidity in the air and it will rust more quickly. If you would like to encourage the corrosion process, water can be added.

A steel bar is easy to cut yourself. Use an angle grinder or a hacksaw.
A flat bar in ordinary steel can be welded together with a MIG welder.

Available in different thickness and lengths up to 2900mm and is also known as a steel strip.
